正心調息法の「いろは」 戻る 


 正心
 呼吸の前に、正心(せいしん)を学びます。正心とは「こころの正しい使い方」で、たった3つの約束事です。

1)ものごとはすべて「前向き」に考える。
2)感謝のこころを忘れない。
3)ぐちは言わない。

 調息法

 姿勢 背筋を伸ばす。正座でも椅子に腰掛けてもよい。
 ひじを直角に曲げ、両手で玉を包むように、「鈴の印」(すずの印)を組む。両眼を軽く閉じる。

1)吸息(きゅうそく) 鼻から静かに息を吸い込む。肺の下部にいきわたるように、吸った時下腹部(あばら骨より下)が膨らむように吸う。
2)充息(じゅうそく) 吸い込んだ息を、丹田(ヘソ下9センチ)に押し下げる感じで、下腹に力を入れると同時に肛門をキュッと閉める。丹田に力を込めたまま苦しくない程度に息を止める。
3)吐息(とそく) 鼻から静かに息を吐き出す。その時、腹の力を抜いてヘコます。
4)小息(しょうそく) 普通の呼吸を1回する。

 1)〜4)の動作を25回繰り返す。途中で疲れたり、苦しくなった場合は、いったん休む。全部合わせて25回になればいい。

 静息 25回終わったら、丹田に軽く力を込めたまま、静かにゆっくりと普通の呼吸をする。

 1)と2)と3)の時に、想念(言霊を発し)と内観(イメージング)を行う。
 吸息の間、「宇宙の無限力が丹田に収められた、全身に満ち渡った」と念ずる。
 充足の間、想念を発する。
 たとえば病気であれば、「○○○が治った! 治った! 治った!」と、完了形で念じる。そして吐息のときに、健康になった自分の姿をイメージする。

 25回終了した後、大断言を10回唱える。
 
「 宇宙の無限の力が凝り凝って 真の大和のみ世が生り成った」
 うちゅうのむげんのちからがこりこって まことのだいわのみよがなりなった

■SBM■profile of Dr.Shioya
Born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1902, Dr. Nobuo Shioya celebrated his 97th birthday in March 1999. At age 24, he earned a medical degree at Tokyo Imperial University. Since opening an internal medicine clinic in Shibuya, Tokyo in 1931, he has devoted his life to cure people. Among his better known patients was the Emperor Shouwa's wife Nagako, who, in fact was healed by Dr. Shioya's very famous Hand-on-healing.

■SBM■what is Spritual Breathing Method?
As a child, Dr. Shioya was sickly. One of his junior high school teachers recommended that he practice a breathing method. Later, Dr. Shioya would work to perfect the breathing method, which he called the Shioya's Spiritual Breathing Method (SBM). while, breathing methods promote only health by exercising "tanden"(the lower abdomen), SBM requires spiritual minded visualization. So SBM will have a beneficial affect on life, especially, any personal goals could be realized.



In practicing SBM, there are only three rules.
1. Always think positive
2. Always be grateful
3. Never complain

More and more, in recent years, people have been studying the vibration of the human mind. Each individual has his or her own distinct vibration. Further, it is believed that a healthy and strong vibration will bring happiness to the person possessing it, while out of balance vibration will bring together unhappiness. This is thought to be the work of Cosmic force which dictate that people of like vibrational states attract one another. Therefore, while practicing SBM in a meditative state, a person could maintain a spiritual state of mind and project a healthy vibration. This will bring real happiness to people who practice SBM, as well as to those around them.
